Every great wedding is followed by a great reception. The best part of your wedding reception is that at this point any nerves you’ve been feeling have come and gone and you can let your hair down (literally or metaphorically). Grand Entrance
On your day, you should have the spotlight, that’s why your grand entrance as a married couple is such a special part of your reception. A lot of couples choose to have their bridal party walk in before them with a fun and energetic arrival either dancing, or cartwheeling, or just having a good time. This is a good way to get the energy up and ready for your first entrance and announcement as a married couple.
Dancing
There are so many different types of dancing involved in a reception. Some of the most important and highlighted dances are your first dance as a married couple and the dances that you might choose to do with your parents. Any special dances that you choose to include with a loved one will be the most focused dance outside of your first dance. Although the dancing for the rest of the night might not be focused on, it can be just as fun and the pictures can be pretty great as well. Whether it’s a speech made by your parents or your maid of honor and best man, you’ll want to remember all of the speeches made at your wedding. Your dessert can tie your decorations in with the rest of your reception and paint your vision of a perfect wedding.

Exit photos are a big part of your reception and ultimately your wedding. There are lots of fun twists and takes you can make for your exit photos. Some popular exit photo twists include, sparkler exits at night, bubble exits, or even the classic bird seed exit (although this one is a bit harder to clean up). Whatever you decide your exit should make you as a couple shine.
